We are looking for a Web QA Specialist experienced in testing web applications. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring our products meet stakeholders’ needs. You will work closely with the technical teams to identify issues, assess root causes, and propose solutions. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field of study.
Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role (Fresh graduates are still encouraged)
Understands Web Development & Design concepts and workflows.
Basic knowledge of HTML and other programming languages.
Knowledgeable on different web browser debugging tools (e.g Firebug, DevTools)
Familiarity with the Agile framework, test management tools, and regression testing is a plus.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organization skills
Website design or development background is a plus
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Review and analyze system specifications
Checking that the Website Design standard is maintained
Checking for browser compatibility, e.g. IE, Chrome & Mozilla
Checking for missing contents and broken links
Checking the spelling and grammar of content
Checking that the page conforms to the organization’s Web-Accessibility standard e.g. missing alt-tags
Checking that applications are functioning correctly, e.g. online forms
Checking that any Server Side Scripting or other languages function properly.
Maintaining an ‘Issue Log’ system for all the recorded and documented testing results.
Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.
