We are looking for skilled web developers, who can work with either frontend or backend in developing and/or designing websites for clients.
In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible in programming languages and have solid knowledge and experience in developing applications.
Web Developer Responsibilities:
Determine user needs by analyzing the technical requirements
Design, build and maintain new and existing websites and software applications
Communicate with clients to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
Backup files from websites to local directories for recovery.
Identify, replicate, and resolve issues discovered through customer feedback and testing
Ensure that the code is properly structured, and compatible with various browsers, devices, or operating systems.
Perform other duties and responsibilities related to software development as requested by the client
Web Developer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or any related field.
Proficient and flexible in popular programming languages in both frontend and backend development
Knowledgeable about the latest web applications and programming practices through education, study
Dedicated team player
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Solid ability in both written and verbal communication
A high degree of independent judgment
Able to solve complex problems
For Front-End Developers - proficient in popular frontend languages (e.g JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
For Back-End Developers - proficient in popular backend languages (e.g. Java, PHP, Python, etc)
For Full-Stack Developers - proficient in front-end, back-end, and databases
