The primary focus and responsibilities of this role are:
a. Effective programming, installation, configuration, documentation, operation, monitoring and maintenance of web solutions
b. Have an eye for spotting evolving web standards
c. Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards(including performance & security) and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems
d. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Reporting directly to Web Development Team Lead, the incumbent will need toensure allresponsibilities are completed successfully and delivered.The person must be comfortable with:
PHP, LAMP full stack developer
MySQL
Setup, troubleshoot, maintain Apache server
HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular(preferably 6), JavaScript and Typescript
XML / XSLT & Web Service/Web API
Linux, Apache and WordPress
Web Application/Database performance tuning
Working and liaising with people from a diverse range of multicultural backgrounds
Preferred but not mandatory

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of PHP, Apache, Development experience in designing, developing and implementing web-based solutions
Knowledge with UI/UX
Minimum 3 years of Setup, troubleshoot, maintain Apache server experience
Minimum 2 years of WordPress experience
Experience in E-Commerce preferred
Experience in SEO/SEM is a plus
A good understanding of accessibility, web standards and best practices
