The Web Development Associate will be required to develop well-written and maintainable codes that adhere to coding standards and work with assigned platform or CMS needed for the project. He/She should be able to convert wireframes or designs into high-quality and responsive websites. He/She should be able to meet the hours and deadline that have been set for each project and task.
He/She should be able to follow instructions given by the team leader or the person handling the project or account, consistently collaborate with teammates and provide better solutions and/or workaround, and create, execute, or influence strategies for the account or the team.
He/She should be able to undergo trainings and consistently adhere and follow set proven processes and coding standards.
Key Accountabilities include:
Execution of Creative Technology's processes at standards
Maintain capabilities required at Associate level
Day-to-day client communications
Quality work within standard TAT
Learn and deploy client and SA tools correctly
Bachelor's/College Degree preferably Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Preferably up to 1 year related experience specializing in IT - software or web development
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with strong problem solving skills
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in Wordpress/HubSpot and/or using different CMS platforms a plus
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
Familiarity in Adobe Photoshop
Has the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Has strong attention to details
Able to work with minimum supervision
Willing to learn and accept new challenges
Fluent in English and has strong comprehension skills
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Can work remotely with either AU (6am-3pm), UK (4pm-1am) or US (8am-5pm) shift
Has stable internet connection
