Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and test applications for websites
• Collaborate and work closely with the team
• Present design specs (images, videos, logos and similar)
• Troubleshoot website problems
• Maintain and update websites
• Monitor website traffic
• Stay up to date on technology
• Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content - and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe
• Research different software program and maintain software documentation
• Implement contingency plans in case the website goes down
• Maintain and expand/enhance the website once built
• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's website search engine results rankings
• Manage the expenses of SEO campaigns, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile differences
• Take responsibility for page optimization for search engine marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Create and execute link building strategy
• Change website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results
• On-page SEO and Off-page optimization
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links
• Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and other relevant web design coding languages.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Excellent computer skills and sound knowledge of Social Media applications
• Track record of success in Digital commercial platforms
• Excellent Telephony skills
• Telesales or Telemarketing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets and business goals
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation
• An ability to think Big-Picture
