The Web Designer translates business needs from internal stakeholders and feedback from user research to design intuitive, responsive user interfaces.
Responsibilities include:
Designing responsive user interfaces that align with the company's style guide
Creating design variations for A/B testing
Building the front end design and working with QA to resolve issues before launch date
Applying best practices to optimize page speed
Experience in UX is highly desired, specifically prototyping, documenting workflows and requirements, user research, and interpretation of design-related web analytics.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Knowledgeable of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Media Queries).
Strong design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver). Knowledge of Visual Studio is a Plus.
Strong knowledge of development for cross browser compatibility.
Adaptable to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
