Description
Primarily responsible for creating and editing web pages containing text, graphics, PDF downloads and other multimedia. Successful candidate will also be tasked to administer content tagging in batches, updating images for a batch of Web pages, or uploading files or software through the CMS.
Responsibilities:
• Adding, modifying and maintaining website content through a content management system (CMS).
• Build new website pages/sections within Sitecore.
• Check work across various browsers and mobile devices.
• Work with business stakeholders for testing and approval of new content before moving to production.
• Communicate publishing notifications or content status to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Manage and track all work requests via Workfront.
• Maintain multimedia, including photo galleries, videos embedded in Web pages
Key Skills:
• Possesses professional experience as a CMS web content author in a fast-paced environment with content maintenance responsibilities.
• Must have excellent skills in editing various types of Web content ranging from general text content to specialized digital content.
• Experience with Sitecore CMS is an advantage.
• Knowledge of multimedia/creative e.g., interactive web content, digital graphics/optimization.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Web analytics.
• Front end development knowledge a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment with strong organization skills.
Additional Technical Qualifications:
Proficiency in using the following systems:
• Sitecore
• Workfront
• FileManager
• PIC
• DAM
• Virtual URL tool
• DEV/QA/Preview environments.
