Summary: Optimize Drift playbooks, report on performance, partner with sales teams for process improvement, manage web form and data integrity with Marketo partners.
8x8 is looking for a web program manager with a specialty focus on optimization of web chat and web form experiences.
This role will be responsible for:
End to end management of the 8x8 web chat utility - currently Drift
Creating new chat playbooks
Chat performance monitoring and continuous optimization, including A/B testing.
Performance reporting for sales and marketing leadership teams
Coordinating and facilitating training for end users
A/B testing web chat executions
Testing and uptime management for all web based forms.
Implementation and project management for cross functional programs designed to enhance form performance
Skills - Must have
Spoken and written english proficiency with excellent communication skills
Experience authoring and managing web chat playbooks (preferably using Drift Chat)
At least 2 year project management experience on a web team
Skills - Good to have
Specific experience with Drift
Technical experience with web integrations
