WEB APP DEVELOPER (WORK FROM HOME) DEPARTMENT: Dev Ops REPORTS TO: Dev Ops Manager Job Overview: As a Web App Developer in our Dev Ops team, you will play a pivotal role in both Full Stack development and WordPress Web Development. This multifaceted position requires proficiency in Node.js, React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Full Stack responsibilities, while also focusing on WordPress website development using Elementor and optionally Divi. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and user-friendly software solutions is essential. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the product team to comprehend project requirements and objectives. Design, code, test, and deploy responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Develop and maintain web services and APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Implement CI/CD in all web application builds. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure the security and performance of web and mobile applications. Debug and resolve software defects and issues. Stay abreast of emerging web and mobile development trends and technologies. Assist in project planning and estimation. Build custom, lightweight, and responsive WordPress websites using Elementor and, optionally, Divi. Maintain and update WordPress websites built with Elementor and/or Divi. Qualifications: With at least 2 years of relevant work experience Proven experience in web application development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proven experience as a WordPress Web Developer with a strong portfolio of custom WordPress websites built with Elementor and/or Divi. Must be fluent in modern web development frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js). Strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and AJAX. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated and proactive attitude. Nice to Have: Experience with AI models and development. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Contributions to open-source projects. Certifications related to web and mobile development. Experience with WooCommerce. Additional Requirements: Strong time tracking skills; accurate time tracking is mandatory. Attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies. Commitment to building fast-loading websites with minimal plugins.
