We will count on you to:
Client engagement through participation in client meetings and presentations
Subject matter expert on local retirement landscape and regional investment products / platform
Work with key stakeholders to identify and grow the Wealth business
Assist in building up a market presence/brand via speaking engagements, affiliated with local chamber of commerce and associations
Perform necessary calculations / analysis on retirement, investments and actuarial projects to analysis the impact on all of the client's financial structure
What you need to have:
Proven experience in retirement consulting
Can demonstrate strong communication, analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail
Knowledgeable in Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution
Ability to articulate complex and technical information, within parameters in a concise manner
Self-initiative and curiosity in financial services, self-motivated to seek out knowledge, test ideas and ways to contribute to the team. Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating
Work experience: extensive of industry experience, welcoming candidates from banking, trustees, asset management, investment advisory, insurance, financial services and consulting
