Job Description:
The Closing Sr Specialist is responsible for the creation and distribution of the Initial Closing Disclosure, Closing Package, Final Closing Disclosure, and HUD for both same and non-same day refinance, purchase and HELOC transactions. The team will be assigned loans to complete the end to end documentation, and submit for quality review. The team will review the complete loan package and PBLOS details to complete creation of the Initial Closing Disclosure, Closing Package and Final Closing Disclosure documents required. Post submission to the Quality Control Team for review, corrections will be made as applicable, and then the team will either coordinate with the Onshore Closing Team for printing and mailing the Initial Closing Disclosure document or send the same through GBDS. The Closing Package and Final Closing Disclosure will be sent to the designated Title Company to complete loan application closure.
