Role Summary:
The Wealth Management Associate provides the required sales support to the Wealth Business in order to ensure that the fulfillment of services is delivered in the standard required with the purpose of providing an excellent customer experience in compliance to regulatory and company policies.This is done by coordinating the work for 3 areas: Client engagements, Business requirement delivery and Partnership support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assistance to the Wealth Solutions Managers to help them drive YOY business growth
Customer Service to clients
Delivery of compliance periodic reports
Delivery of periodic client reports
Support to the Independent Wealth Consultants to help them grow their ATRAM portfolios and retain their clients
No work experience required but an advantage if have done internships with companies which required the creation or updates of business documents, execution and improvement of operations processes towards automation
Relevant educational qualifications, preferably a university degree in business, mass communications, political science
Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office tools and applications
Strong communication skills {both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Process-oriented and policy-focused
Detail-oriented
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
High level of integrity with a customer-focused mindset
Warm and friendly personality that thrives in a solutions-hungry environment
Familiarity with digital transformations of moving manual processes to automation is a plus
Associate / Supervisor Sales and Marketing Asset Management 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
