•Completed 2 years in college
•At least 1 year of sales, appointment setting, collections, or customer retention experience in a BPO and/or shared services environment
•Strong verbal and written English communications skills
•A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
•Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
•Can work from home and in BGC, Taguig City
