MINIMUM JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify major areas of quality based opportunities, use root cause analysis to drill down to actual cause, then disseminate information effectively and implement change improvement.
- Maintain and perform analysis of daily, weekly, monthly QA based production reporting and individual variance tracking
- In-depth familiarization of QA guidelines and perform updates based on calibration directives
- Ability to work independently, professional demeanor
- Must know how to use and utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint required)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule if necessary and maintain optimal scheduling assignment of team members
- Applicant/Candidate MUST HAVE BPO Experience ; with atleast 1-2 year/s experience of being a Quality Analyst Supervisor in BPO Setting.
- Must be amenable to work in BAGUIO CITY.
