Job Call Center Agent

Core Responsibilities:
Receive Inbound Calls (Residential Customers)
Attempt, through persuasion, to retain existing customers by resolving issues and answering questions (product, billing, etc.)
Upgrade customer orders
Attempt to save customers who have decided to cancel their account
