Title: Way of Working Coach (Service)
Overview:
We are looking for leaders and coaches whose professional or career purpose is to enable and generate improvements in service delivery teams and lead the organization's way of working towards the achievement of sustainable business performance.
As a valued contributor in a dynamic organization, you will help shape the development and implementation of the Agile methodologies and support change so that teams and individuals can continuously improve towards the realization of a high-performing organization. You will lead in promoting Agile and change cultures; collaborate with people by using clear communication, giving and receiving constructive feedback, understanding and simplifying complex issues and contributing to the desired cultural change through application of the relevant Agile methodologies and principles. You will contribute to the development of teams to ensure they are capable of leading continuous improvement initiatives and create value to customers and the organization; you will guide stakeholders on the maturity level of the Agile Way of Working in line with improving their performance.
