He/She works together with the Digital Planner to implement digital campaigns on self-serve ad platforms and coordinates with online publishers while monitoring and optimizing these campaigns to deliver the campaign KPIs and objectively stated in the media plan.
The Precision Activation Executive reports to theHead of Precision Activation.

In three months:
Has a strong grasp of the digital implementation process for their client/s
Completed Google Ads certifications and Facebook Blueprint Beginner level courses.
Implements digital campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Generates campaign performance reports from self-serve ad platforms and third-party digital publishers and updates the campaign trackers in a timely manner with no errors
In six months:
Runs effective and cost-efficient campaigns on biddable search, display, youtube, social, and eCommerce.
Has a strong understanding of the different bid strategies and audience targeting options of Google and Facebook ads
Able to recommend and implement their own campaign optimization strategies to deliver KPIs
Is comfortable using the Google keyword planner in generating relevant keywords for search
In twelve months:
Established performance benchmarks for their set of clients
Able to develop a full search plan and Youtube plan using Google planning tools for their client
Able to set up conversion tracking tags for their client's websites.
Responsibilities of the Role
Digital Ad Operations
Campaign implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
Ensures that all campaign details are complete and assets are up to specifications for campaign setup
Works with the planning team in ensuring best practices are applied on digital campaigns.
Ensures that digital campaign performance and spend is regularly on track in delivering the set KPIs through daily monitoring and coordination with internal teams.
Compiles performance data from publishers efficiently and accurately to share with the digital planner, along with recommendations for optimizations.
