Description
Warehouse Requirements
Process orders and endorse for approval of release.
Coordinate with TPL on order assignments and execution
Review daily inbound and outbound throughput of Third-party warehouse team
Ensure accurate and timely transaction capture in AX
Inventory Sampling and Rework
Create sampling plans of seeds for timely availability of quality results. Monitor sampling progress.
Monitor the completion of finished goods rework activities to ensure product availability when needed.
Warehouse Maintenance and Resource Management
Coordinate warehouse maintenance activities and pest/rodent controls with Third party warehouse team
Review and endorse additional resource request when needed
Quality Management System
Review of controlled documents for warehousing operations.
Drives on the completion of trainings to personnel
Conduct personnel competency assessment
Assist 3rd party service provider achieved target QMS Assessment Score
Qualifications
4 Years college degree.
7 Year experienced employee
Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling Activities for department's direction
Inventory management and accounting know-how
Analytical skills
Communication skills - verbal and written
Project management skills
Must be computer literate especially Word, Excel, & Powerpoint.
Must have a good inter-personal relationship
Can work in any levels of organization
