Quality Assurance:
Responsible for quarantine and approval of receipt stocks
Over - all QC/QA in warehouse operation
Responsible for Good Housekeeping Practices
Responsible for implementing strict compliance of standard operating procedures conducted by his/her personnel
Responsible for rounds and audit of the warehouse
Responsible for documentation control
Regulatory:
Must work with the Regulatory Manager for FDA updates and compliance
Responsible for conducting risk assessment and change control assessment
Supply Chain:
Support the Supply Chain Head by directing warehouse activities and oversee all aspects of the daily deliveries and order fulfillment.
Monitors activities of work team to ensure that safe practices are in place and being demonstrated.
Oversees Warehouse Officers in daily warehousing activities from deliveries from principals and suppliers, including VAS operations.
Monitors KPI as agreed with Principals in the contracts or as set by DSPI management.
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, stock report, warehouse utilization, inventory report etc) for VAS
Other functions:
Must work with QMS Manager for validation and improvement of systems / SOPs
Inventory Monitoring
Initiate product sampling for MRs
Tally and record all budget for operations.
And assigned task.
