Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the leading nutrition company in the Philippines. Our respected client is looking for Warehouse Coordinator who will be responsible in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and maintaining inventory accuracy. Work setup is onsite, and office is based in Taguig, Philippines.Key job responsibilities include:
Update NTS in Oracle, resolve aging NTS, and close them accordingly.
Replenish and manage documentation, addressing aging MOs in Oracle.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Review replenishment planning data monthly with Supply and Demand Planner.
Handle inventory damage and returns.
Escalate and resolve internal and external customer complaints promptly.
Conduct performance reviews with 3PL partners and align with business needs.
Perform planned facility audits for GSP compliance and inventory accuracy.
Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies.
Timely submission of required reports.
Undertake assigned management projects or tasks.
Key job qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
3 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, and distribution experience.
Knowledge of Oracle and medium IT literacy.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Customer service experience.
Ability to interact effectively with staff, distributors, and third parties.
Adaptability to a changing environment.
Problem-solving ability under general supervision
Willingness to report onsite in BGC, Taguig.
