Preferably Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensures timely preparation of Item Summary
Perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) and DR Printing
Ensures all necessary documents are attached to Delivery Receipts (DR) before routing to avoid delays in delivery and collection
Monitor Pending DRs, check CBM and required amount per area
Schedule Deliveries per route based on lead time accurately and efficiently
Prepare Shipment Form and ensures all rush deliveries are loaded in truck
Process and schedule Authority to Pullout (ATPO) based on lead time accurately and efficiently
Monitor Unconverted DR and ensures OTIF delivery
Verify reason of backload goods and coordinate with Sales
Attend and resolve delivery concerns
Monitor and investigate delivery claims within lead time
