Job Responsibilities:
Greet and escort customers to their tables
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
Inform customers about the day's specials
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Take accurate food and drinks orders
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Critical thinker, great interpersonal communication skills, active listening, customer centric, team player
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Fresh graduate and Short courses related to food and restaurant are welcome to apply
