The Talent & Dev Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:
Primary stakeholder liaison & relationship management for talent, learning & diversity matters for Legacy Franchises Asia & Legacy Franchises O&T Asia
Talent review process preparation, follow up, responsibility for related talent actions & reporting.
Prepare data to provide insights for the business on talent review outcome metrics, including population TD %'s, diversity in succession, succession risks & development priorities etc.
Ensure that Legacy Franchise Talent, & Performance cycle dates & key phases are effectively communicated, reported and actioned
Implement and communicate key information & processes related to diversity representation, diversity pipelines & development for Legacy Franchises
Coordinate Talent & Learning program nominations for Legacy Franchises
Lead the coordination, planning & activation of all Change Management & Learning initiatives for the Legacy Franchise businesses, including those driven globally (Elevation etc)
Partner with Legacy Franchise HRA's to activate local & global talent, learning & diversity initiatives, updating on all global initiatives & processes as required
Collaborate with Legacy Franchise Business heads, HRA/HR specialists to execute successfully on TLD requirements
Initiate, implement and communicate key processes related to talent review/succession planning, diversity pipelines, talent development, succession, performance management etc for Legacy Franchises
Leads communication & joins scheduled meetings with global Legacy Franchise HR/TLD colleagues on to maintain alignment on LF initiatives, processes and updates
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
