The Talent and Development Lead Analyst will work across the Asia Pacific Operations and Technology team, partnering with in-country, regional and global colleagues to deliver professional development to our workforce. This position will play a key role in leading a large and complex book of work related to professional development and internal career mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
In partnership with Global EO&T Talent and Leadership Development team, and Regional HR L&D, implement scalable programs for O&T to support professional development and internal career mobility that aligns to the overall O&T L&D Roadmap.
Serve as key member and thought leader for the Asia Pacific Operations and Technology Leadership Development Forum to support improved outcomes for retention, diversity, and internal mobility
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of professional development initiatives / programs though project plans, defining deliverables, timeline management, and monitoring.
Improve learner experience by standardizing and streamlining consistent frameworks. Automate program administration to reduce administrative burden and increase efficiency in program management.
Keep abreast of leading-edge learning trends to continuously push the possibilities of professional development and training
Measure and analyze program ROI which includes outcomes and effectiveness. Proactively identify and implement on-going process improvement opportunities.
Create communication/marketing plans for talent programs. Develop presentations for materials for a wide range of audiences and purposes.
Engage and promote an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative culture.
Participate on special projects as needed across O&T and the COO Office.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
5-8+ years of work experience
Demonstrated expertise/success in managing large, multi-faceted global talent /professional development programs
Experience with employee engagement, talent management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Experience with influencing key stakeholders on proposed ideas/strategy
Demonstrated expertise in Program / Project Management
Demonstrated leadership / coaching skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality work products
Professional presence and polish, ability to deliver a presentation effectively
Excellent written and communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint and Excel
