As part of its expansion plans, a market leader in the health and wellness industry is seeking a VP for Financial Reporting & Taxation. In this job, you will join its team in Bonifacio Global City.
About the VP for Financial Reporting & Taxation Role:
The VP for Financial Reporting & Taxation will be responsible for managing the whole group from reporting, sales and margin analysis, and other financial support required by the commercial teams. This role reports to the Chief Finance Officer, and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the business in commercial finance, strategy and investor relations
Drive the brand's strategic planning, annual budgeting and monthly estimate processes
Collaborate closely with marketing, demand planning and supply chain planning functions at regional and affiliate levels, particularly in demand planning process to validate sales assumptions and forecast reconciliations
Manage and lead different teams, sales, marketing, while acting as business partner for the stakeholders
To succeed in this VP for Financial Reporting & Taxation role, you must have at least 15 years of experience in finance, specialising in business partnering, with at least a year in a senior finance role.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated strong business acumen
Proven track record in being a finance business partner to senior management team
Keen and able to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, demand planning and supply chain
Excellent analytical skills and accuracy and solution-based thinking
Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills are necessary
