Job Description
To lead in discovering fresh solutions and adaptive ideas that will innovate and/or disrupt our products, services, and sciences centered on improving the customer experience and driving business sustainability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Identifies, develops, and pursues new channels, innovative business opportunities, and enhanced business models while leveraging on existing products and services
Offers new or improved solutions to current and future challenges in our existing business model and/or products and services
Recognizes gaps and opportunities and proactively seeks ways to improve, innovate, or create new and effective ideas to be tested and implemented
Creates or innovates business models and analyzes new business lessons learned to integrate learning into business decisions and to strengthen efforts where applicable
Tracks and assesses industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' behavior to generate ideas to improve current business models, products, and services
Identify, model, and prioritize initiatives based on data, customer feedback, and other inputs
Coordinates with the concerned operations, sales, and support departments/teams to ensure a seamless handoff from inception, implementation and integration to regular business operations
Influences department leaders and stakeholders to remain resilient in solving problems and addressing setbacks to achieve the desired results
Collaborates with the Chief Technology Officer/ VP, Digital & IT Management to consider what emerging technologies or digital platforms might deliver greater long-term value for the enhanced products and services
Qualifications
Education: A graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing, and other related field/discipline
Experience:
At least 10 years experience in Business Development, Business Innovation, Corp. Strategy & Execution, Sales, or Marketing
At least 3 years in a senior leadership/executive position
Proven track record in leading enhancements of products and services or establishment of new channels or businesses.
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates a strong level of entrepreneurial mindset, independence, and, curiosity
Extensive background/ advanced expertise in leading change and innovation at different levels of the organization
Advanced level communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
