Responsibilities:
The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst is responsable to partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic, identify problems; and recommend and implements solutions.
Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of apps support.
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex, high impact application enhancements and problem resolution through in-depth analysis and evaluation of complex business processes, systems and industry standards; documents requirements.
Partners with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
Works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements
Considers the implications of the application of technology to the current environment.
Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact; proposes risk mitigation options.
Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work.
Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
Persuades and influences others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills

Genesis Data Flow Operations, a subgroup under Global Finance Technology, provides operational support in Data Acquisition and Subscription processes for the Genesis Data warehouse.
Genesis Data Flow Operations support group is be responsible for the on-boarding of feeds into the warehouse, data sanity checks, artifact maintenance, subscription delivery and incident management for source related issues. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication technique combined with broad analytical skills. Experience with Large data analysis and financial industry is preferred. Excellent customer service orientation is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Function as SME lead for Genesis inbound feed data quality issues and outbound subscription deliveries. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow, provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and help drive the fixes from the resolver groups.
Escalate incidents and issues timely to appropriate touch points, e.g. technology teams, if data investigation requires expertise outside of the team, and follow through accordingly
Manage and track all user inquiries/issues/requests through the relevant tracking systems(ServiceNow, ResolveIt) while adhering to the service level agreements.
Create comprehensive and clear reports and presentations on metrics and provide relevant interpretation and strategies to stakeholders, when needed.
Provides sound and critical judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations. Applies strong understanding of concepts and procedures within own business analysis area to resolve issue
Tap business and functional expertise to drive strategic automations and process improvements adapting the smart worker mindset. Manage all team automation initiatives from inception to implementation.
