VOICE ENGINEER TEAM LEAD
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent; Direct Employment
Salary: Open and negotiable
An exciting opportunity has been opened up by a Global Shared Services company who is seeking for a Voice Engineer Team Lead who will help out in leading the company's Operations Team and provide support to the engineers and business.
The successful Voice Engineer Team Lead will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
Provide 24x7 level 1 and 2 support for voice / telecoms services
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting, analysis and recommendations
Vendor Management and Shift Scheduling
Process Improvement
Ticket monitoring and assure proper handling
Ensure effective and timely escalation
Provide configuration expertise on the network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in Telecoms / Voice engineer in an IT 24x7 support environment
Good skills in Telephony infrastructure and trouble shooting
Able to work in a 24x7 shift based environment.
