The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the communication skills of our team members, with a strong focus on pronunciation, articulation, intonation, and overall spoken English fluency. This role is key in helping employees align with global communication standards, particularly for client-facing and customer service roles.The Voice and Accent Trainer will design and deliver engaging training modules, assess communication proficiency, provide actionable feedback, and support continuous improvement. A passion for coaching, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of cultural nuances in communication are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver communication training programs tailored to various roles (sales, support, executive communication, etc.)
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions that focus on voice and accent, grammar, pronunciation, tone modulation, business writing, and customer interaction
Conduct needs assessments to identify communication skill gaps
Provide one-on-one coaching and personalized feedback sessions
Monitor learner progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and observation
Create and maintain learning materials, modules, and performance tracking reports
Collaborate with team leads and managers to align training goals with business needs
Stay updated on industry best practices in communication and adult learning methodologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Education, or a related field
Proven experience as a communications trainer, language coach, or soft skills facilitator (2+ years preferred)
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); neutral or near-native accent preferred
Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
Ability to adapt training methods based on audience needs and learning styles
Experience with LMS platforms, training tools, and virtual facilitation is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of voice and accent neutralization techniques
Background in customer service, sales, or BPO environments
Certification in adult learning, training, or communication skills (e.g., TESOL, Train-the-Trainer, Dale Carnegie)
