Qualifications:
Must have a strong knowledge in particular subject areas
Must have the ability to work in a team
Enthusiastic with pleasing personality
Responsibilities:
Assessing teacher's learning
Teaching teachers and evaluate progress
Develop effective training programs for ESL teachers
Observe ESL lessons and provide feedback for improvement
Stay updated on English language education trends and approaches
Instruct teachers on how to carry out ESL demo lessons effectively
Create tools to assess the effectiveness of ESL training
Guide ESL teachers in utilizing technology for language instruction
Manage training metrics such as attendance, show-up rate, and pass rate for ESL training
Demonstrating communication and interpersonal skills as they relate to interaction with students, other teachers, administrators, and other school personnel
WORK SCHEDULE
MONDAY to Friday - 7:50 am to 4:50 pm
