The Voice Activation Specialist will guide customers to help activate SMSBump services, and provide expertise in configuring and setting up the application. Similarly explaining the benefits to the customers and get them to start using the app.
Voice Activation Specialist Tier 1
Schedule: Available to work in a shifting schedule
Salary starts at PHP 20,000
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year Technical Support experience. Preferably in ISP / Windows of software troubleshooting.
Excellent English communication skills.
With customer service experience.
Able to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills.
Prior experience with sales is an advantage but not required.
Available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Work day-to-day customer new/existing turn-ups.
Help test clients' new service over the phone.
Troubleshoot any minor technical issues.
Configuring the app if required on customers’ websites.
Provide clients with user instruction guides.
Help client with Adds/Moves/Changes requests.
Assist implementation department with service delivery and partner with other departments to troubleshoot activations for customers.
Additional duties as assigned.
