QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in any course related to creative design, multimedia arts, motion graphics, and animation;
At least 4 years of visual development experience in 2D and 3D, explainer videos, concept art, storyboarding, and design storytelling;
Owns an extensive visual design portfolio (better if storyboards, art design, scripts, and wireframes are included);
Conceptualization: Line and key frame sketch and illustration, character development, and stylization;
Your designs, concepts, and videos must be influenced or made for the Western market;
Comfortable working with both Mac and PC.
Technically profound and used to working with Adobe products and Microsoft Office Tools.
Extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, able to shift focus on different projects, flexible to work in a graveyard shift (9PM-6AM), and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, empathic, and highly collaborative
Knowledge in project management, Agile, or Kanban is a plus point, but is not required.
