Downunder Property Group is a growing real estate company based in Sydney. We help people move forward in life by finding the right property opportunities. To keep building our presence, we're looking for a Social Media & Marketing Associate to be our remote key contact for social media and marketing.This role is all about helping us share our story, grow our brand, and connect with people online. You'll manage our social media accounts (mainly Instagram and Facebook), create and schedule posts, respond to messages, and support marketing tasks such as market updates, newsletters, property listings, and research.It's a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the Managing Director. You'll help turn ideas into content, keep things organised, and make sure our online presence reflects the same energy and professionalism we bring in person.
Manage and update DPG's social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) with engaging posts, stories, reels, carousels, and polls
Edit raw video into polished, high-quality reels and short-form videos with clear calls to action
Use advanced editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut to create dynamic content optimised for social platforms
Create and schedule content that reflects the DPG brand and tone, using trending formats and tools
Monitor messages and comments, responding promptly and professionally in alignment with the Managing Director
Support marketing tasks including quarterly market updates, newsletters, property listings, and advanced graphic design such as templates for brochures, posts, or flyers

Role Overview
Remote
40 hours per week
9am-5pm SST
Month-to-month contract
Relevant experience in social media management, marketing support, and administration
Advanced graphic design and editing skills, with the ability to design engaging posts and carousels using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Pro
Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
Proactive approach with the confidence to suggest ideas that improve engagement
Ability to balance creativity with consistency, ensuring all posts stay on brand
Comfortable working remotely and managing an independent schedule
Familiarity with real estate or property marketing is a plus but not required

Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Real Estate / Mortgage 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
