Job Duties and Expectations:
Contact businesses by telephone to promote products and/or services
Prospect Potential Customers. Primarily Businesses that ships International (Import/Export).
Develop New Business Leads through outbound Sales Calls (Lead Generation/Business Development + Sales)
Explain the product or service to potential customers
Add value to the client experience. Taking the initiative to think outside the box while performing the task at hand.
Skills
Relevant Outbound Sales Experience in BPO or service companies of at least 2 years or more.
Experience with the Logistics, Express Shipping or Freight Forwarding Industry a plus but not a requirement.
Solid experience in securing new business and building B2B relationships with clients.
Experience in US market an advantage.
Self-motivated, Energetic, Problem Solving Skills and a Strong Sense of Urgency and Initiative.
Excellent English Written and Verbal Communications Skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
Excellent professional work standard

Adherence to company policies and procedures
