Area of Responsibility
Responsible for a hybrid combination of managing production, quality assurance, and logistics.
Able to use an online ERP system to handle inventory and planning, manufacturing and recipes, cost and earnings, sales and purchase management, traceability, and quality management, etc.
Manage few simple webshop orders
Manage incoming orders and ensure they are processed correctly
Able to use multiple external warehouse systems and communicate with the warehouses on regular basis
Assist in documentation and creation of "Best Practice" manuals for clear process guidelines
Responsible for the development and creation of Excel sheets to improve current 'systems' made to track for example cost prices
Communicate professionally with colleagues in an international diverse company culture.
Willingness to learn about the legislation on relevant areas
Willingness to learn how to deal with import into Europe from outside of Europe
Background
At least Bachelor's degree holder
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field
At least 2 years management experience
Industry-specific certification is preferred
Can converse in Business English (oral and written)
Proficiency in MS Excel
