Our client is a Sydney-based established real estate firm. A company that helps its clients to grow their property portfolio through their proven system and strategic property investment. They also helped their clients build a wealth portfolio by creating a property as a foundation that will help them to build their retirement investments.
Our client needs two (2) EXPERIENCED full-time Virtual Mortgage / Credit Processors who will support their growing team of financial consultants. MUST have knowledge or working experience in the AU loan and financing processes.
The roles of the loan processor are to:
- Engage prospective or existing customers to evaluate their finances and advise their viability in obtaining a loan
- Communicate directly with customers requesting supporting documentation and lending needs.
- Communicate verbally and over email with banks and lenders to discuss bank lending policies and status updates for existing applications
- Collate and manage client information in our CRM systems and client databases
- Review client financials and verification documents and input the data into our CRM's and servicing calculators
- Determine the best financial products available to meet the clients needs
The main qualities for a successful candidate are:
- Should have a basic understanding of mortgage finance and had direct experience in dealing with primary loan/mortgage applicants
- MUST have a working knowledge of Australia's banking policy and loan procedure.
- Proven experience in reading through financial documents and making correct conclusions on the viability of said client to obtain a loan
- Experience in determining client requirements based on their current circumstance and finding the appropriate financial products
- Proven experience in client relationship development, building, and management and able to creatively help find solutions for clients
- Positive attitude and trustworthy
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Qualifications in accounting and finance will be highly favored along with any loan processing experience with a reputable financial institution
