We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in YouTube organic growth to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Optimize YouTube channels for organic growth (SEO, tags, titles, thumbnails, retention strategies);
Analyze channel metrics and provide actionable insights;
Research trends, competitors, and best practices to boost visibility;
Manage video uploads, descriptions, and audience engagement;
Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns;
Apply basic video editing skills when needed;
Leverage real estate knowledge to tailor content strategies;
Requirements
Proven track record in YouTube channel growth & optimization;
Knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics tools;
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices;
Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset;
Google Ads, real estate, or video editing experience are a plus;
