We are Magic, a 24/7 personal assistant service. We are based out of San Francisco, California, with a headquarters in Manila.
We are looking for proactive and highly organized people for our full-time virtual assistant positions. If you are someone who is comfortable with working on a computer, able to handle tasks on the fly, and has excellent attention to detail, then you may be a great fit.You will be working with teams and individuals and will be assigned tasks such as managing calendars and emails, handling correspondence, organizing flights and accommodation, among others.
Minimum Qualifications
Basic requirements:
Proficiency in written and verbal English
Proficiency in written and verbal Spanish
Modern desktop or laptop computer
High speed, reliable internet (5mbps or faster)
Headset for video calls
Ability to work and take phone calls in a quiet environment
Technical proficiency (GSuite, Microsoft Office, CRM)
