We are Magic, a 24/7 personal assistant service. We are based out of San Francisco, California, with a headquarters in Manila. We are looking for proactive and highly organized people for our full and part-time virtual assistant positions.
If you are someone who is fluent in written and verbal Spanish, comfortable with working on a computer, able to handle tasks on the fly, and has excellent attention to detail, then you may be a great fit.
You will be working with teams and individuals and will be assigned tasks such as managing calendars and emails, handling correspondence, organizing flights and accommodation, among others.
Basic requirements:
Proficiency in written and verbal English and Spanish
Modern desktop or laptop computer
High speed cable internet (10mbps or faster)
Headset for video calls
Ability to work and take phone calls in a quiet environment
Specialized requirements:
VA experience
Technical proficiency (GSuite, Microsoft Office, CRM)
Work from Home
