SUMMARY:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in assisting our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering or handling administrative functions, by providing exceptional customer experience, data encoding, and organizing or keeping track of calendars and schedules of key personnel. He is she must be willing to work ONSITE.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Job and responsibilities of an onsite VA are simple, he/she must have experience in:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT - ensures that each customer or client gets the assistance they need to keep the business going.
EMAIL SUPPORT - monitors and answers email queries about the company products and services by addressing customer's concerns
CHAT SUPPORT - responds customer questions about our product and services over the phone
DISPATCHING SUPPORT - receives dispatch calls, and call logs, and receives or dispatches orders.
DATA ENTRY
Spreadsheet - ensures data are entered through a spreadsheet.
Maintains and organizes the manager's calendar, schedules, and appointments
Manages contact lists from priority to lesser priority
Makes minutes when necessary.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and customer service is a plus.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
SKILLS
*Proficient in computer
*Well-versed in MS Word/excel/ppt application
*Adept in Google Sheets
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
* 1 to 2 years of experience in VA or Customer Service is a plus
