At Outsourced Doers we recruit smart-working home-based Digital Marketing Virtual Assistants (VA's) and match them with clients (known as Founders) globally.
The Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant role is a remote assistant who will handle all the aspects of digital marketing and administrative work for the client.
Simply put, digital marketing is a term used to describe online advertising. Common formats include email marketing, social media marketing, display advertising, blogs, and other digital formats.
This position will work 1:1 with the client (known as the 'Founder').
Work Hours:
The client may reside in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. You must be able to work the graveyard shift (10% extra pay) or the day shift (depending on your client's hours of work required).
Tasks you will work on with your client might include:
Building marketing funnels and integrations between systems, troubleshooting any technical issues)
Scheduling social media content (Facebook Posts, Instagram, etc)
Crafting or designing digital collateral (Images for social, PDF downloadables, worksheets, imagery for online courses, etc)
Testing and scheduling email marketing campaigns
Optimizing Web and Landing Pages
Managing online booking calendars & scheduling meetings
External communications (email inboxing, through social media groups and pages, intercom, etc) on behalf of your client to their community, own clients, stakeholders, etc.
Data entry and file management
CRM database management
Inbox management

To qualify for the position, you must:
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Have previous experience related to Digital Marketing (graphic design, website creation, content writing, social media management, photo/video editing, blogging, email marketing, building funnels, lead generation, etc.) OR a strong passion to learn
Tech Savvy-Familiarity with current technologies: Cloud-based tools, online calendars, word-processing software, and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, GSuite) and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Familiarity or experience with Digital Marketing tools (e.g. Canva, WordPress, Photoshop, Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, etc.) is an advantage
Ability to work independently and has a take-charge attitude- the ability to not only do what is asked but to be able to take charge of projects, make suggestions on how things can work better, and bring attention to anything that needs it.
Strong Organizational skills- the ability to have a system in place in keeping important files and tasks management
Be able to work full-time from home and work on the graveyard shift
Have your own laptop and suitable office space at home
Have a strong Internet Connection (wired is preferred) - you'll need a download speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps)
Must be based in either Visayas or Mindanao.
No experience in Digital Marketing?
