LOOKING FOR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT ADMIN!
Position is full-time 40 hours per week. The successful applicant will be responsible for support and development in all aspects of business administration and workflow of the compliance team. Assist with all administrative tasks as listed below and assist the team to manage inspections and
projects.
The Admin VA is the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence on all matters of business-related services. This is a Client facing role.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the daily calendar of appointments.
Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Director’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Director’s time.
Coordinate executive communications including taking calls and responding to emails.
Manage the Register excel sheet.
Maintain an organized system for files, documents, and folders.
Prepares vehicle modification reports and labels and prints them when it's finished.
Maintain VASS number supplies by checking stock and order new numbers when needed.
Raises invoice for clients and follow up overdue accounts.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by the Code of Conduct, workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Coordinate and carry out all office administration duties.
Operation system improvements (systems and procedures).
Other tasks as directed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant qualification or experience.
Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
Skills:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office software.
Intermediate to advance Google Documents, Google Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Google site, etc.
Able to learn new technology fast and able to be trained with new online applications.
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent phone manner.
Organised and able to meet deadlines.
Attention to details
Ability to work under pressure at times.
Previous administrative work experience is an advantage.
