Nature of Business: The successful candidate will be working with a Client who owns one of Canada & USA's leading vehicle dealers.
Work Schedule: 6:00am to 2:00pm Philippine Time (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Trust Accounting / Management
- Bank Reconciliations (creditors and other accounts)
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Receipting
- Invoicing
- Process Bank Feeds
- Process and manage quotes, payments, bank statements, rental fees
- Bookkeeping
- CRM Management
- Research and Data Entry
- Printing checks
- Estimating Vehicle Value
- Recall verification
- Stocking in vehicles
- Ordering importation
- Excellent oral and written English
- Accounting / Bookkeeping experience is a MUST
- EXPERIENCE USING QUICKBOOKS AND GOOGLESHEETS IS A MUST.
- Can start ASAP (January 2020)
- Computer Savvy
- High attention to details
- Efficient, organized, and can work under minimal supervision
- Honest, punctual, and reliable
- Team player and problem solver
- With positive attitude and takes criticisms objectively
- Confident and assertive
- Office Administration experience is a plus
- Call Center or BPO experience is a plus
- Looking for a LONG-TERM JOB (please do not apply if you're not willing to commit for a long-term working relationship)
