vip client relationship manager l full-time, Remote WorkMagic Inc - Corporate

Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the operational client relationships by conducting (where appropriate) operational client review meetings and day to day ops liaison within key workstream
To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations
Ensure delivery of Client KPIs/Sales targets including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures
Responsibility and accountability for the operational performance of the client areas and for exceeding targets of all required metrics
The continuous identification implementation of operational best practice through interaction with the wider team
Identifying and highlighting further opportunities for services and process improvements Essential Experience/Skills
Ability to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation
Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level
Setting and reviewing Quality performance standards
Setting and reviewing of organizational / productivity objectives in line with the commercial contract
Create plans to address clients' business needs
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course
Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work well with a team
Extremely strong call centre management experience is essential to be a success in this role
Amenable to work 12am to 9am Tuesday to Saturday
Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Hubspot)
Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent), 4 GB RAM
Must have a working high definition webcam
Stable internet connection, preferably at least 50 Mbps
