Requirements:
Proficient in Vietnamese and English language
Experience in telesales/sales is an advantage
Amenable to work in Makati
Bachelor's degree in any field
Responsibilities:
Perform outbound and inbound calls
Offer off-line promotion bonus programs to keep existing clients
Conduct survey to gather feedback and suggestions
Maintain proper call records and outcomes using prescribed templates, for performance reporting
