The Global Process & Stakeholder Management (GPSM) function within Finance Risk Shared Services (FRSS) is responsible for partnering with the Global Process Owners in Finance to transform the end-to-end Global Operating Model for all Financial Books and Records processes, platforms and results.
EUC Solutions Lead Analyst
The FRSS EUC (End User Computing) Solutions Lead Analyst will drive leadership, oversight and execution to identify solutions and deliver retirements of complex EUCs. This role will require close coordination and collaboration with the Global FRSS EUC Reduction team, FRSS Process areas located in FRSS Centers (Tampa, Manila, Mumbai and Costa Rica), GFT (Global Functions Technology) partners, Risk and Control as well as 3rd party vendors.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Global EUC Reduction Project team to understand the project goals/agenda, schedule and key milestones
Establish/support appropriate governance model to optimize solutions for complex FRSS EUCs.
Work with key partners, the FRSS Solutions Lead Analyst will identify and ensure delivery of solutions to retire complex EUCs
Responsible for project status reporting updates to relevant stakeholders, including the FRSS Global EUC Reduction Sponsors.
Oversight of all complex EUC Solutions inventory and activity from end-to-end.
Develop tracking and reporting to monitor progress of complex EUCs inventory with retirement path, owners and delivery timelines.
Have a strong understanding of emerging risks to the project and work with key partners to mitigate/escalate risks in order to preserve the project agenda
Act as trusted advisor/owner for the respective portfolio of complex EUCs.
Lead meetings and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, ensuring action items are delivered on target.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
6-10 years of work experience in a global environment, familiarity with Banking industry is an advantage
Experience in Technology projects field (5+ years), either as a Program or Project Manager using a structured methodology to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor and report on project efforts
Leadership and ease in interfacing with different stakeholder/cross functional groups (including Technology Teams, Project Teams, Process Teams, Senior Management, etc.) to drive project delivery/execution.
Integrates expertise and industry expertise within a defined area.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems; effective influence skills to ensure closure of the complex EUC reduction.
Excellent English written and verbal communication/presentation skills to all levels
Self-starter and ability to take initiative in driving projects forward.
Ability to identify problems/risks and take appropriate actions to resolve issues
Knowledge digital tools/Citi Finance applications a plus
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
