Manage daily account verification requests
Identify bottlenecks that affect the performance of the Verification Team
Work with other teams in Operations to share perspectives and ideas
Identify opportunities for growth and development
Plan and implement strategies to provide excellent customer experience.
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Excellent command of the English language.
Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
