Job Purpose:
To manage the samples received/ released for new vendors.
To ensure that all samples received/released are properly documented.
To be able to answer the queries regarding Sampling Process and PO releasing.
Job Responsibilities:
To ensures that all samples and PO for release are received with the correct document.
Monitor correctness data provided by the vendors and merchandising.
To be able to answer queries raised by the vendor and merchandising.
To make sure that no/minimal complaints are received by the internal & external customer.
To release all PO's on or before the cut-off time
To submit required reports on time. (Scrapping, Donation, ID's).
Work Arrangement: Mondays to Fridays; 9.5hours/day
Head Office Location: SM Corporate Office - Pasay City
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
At least 1-year experience in Customer Service.
At least 1-year experience in retail and or related industry.
Detail oriented and strong in written and oral communication.
