Duties and responsibilities Manage new vendor account setup Monitor the company's account with suppliers listed as credit reference to ensure it is current and active Work with suppliers to increase the company's credit limit increase as needed Ensure Dun and Bradstreet information is current Generate purchase orders in Xero (MRP App) and route for approval Obtain quotes from designated suppliers based on the project's bill of materials Coordinate with the project manager to finalize the quantity, price and delivery date Create and route the purchase order for approval Track receipt of orders, communicate/update team as needed Record receipt in Xero (MRP App) timely Work with the finance team to ensure accurate billing of orders Review and approve price and/or quantity variances Coordinate with project manager to resolve delays, returns, as needed Work with project managers to find alternative sources/suppliers as needed for key items Provide administrative support to the project manager as needed Minimum qualifications Minimum, 3-4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of MSFT Office required Excellent communication skills required Willing to work on US shift/Night shift, temporary WFH during pandemic and willing to work in Alabang
