ZALORA Philippines is searching for a Vendor Associate Manager with a sense of responsibility, analytical abilities, and outstanding communication and social skills. Daily tasks will be in the scope of Relationship Management (Client-management), Operational Performance Monitoring and Reporting, and providing support to project initiatives. The Vendor Manager will take ownership of operational performance of the 1SS and E-distribution business of ZALORA.
Responsibilities:
Conducts business analysis and regular business reviews with clients
Operates the backend of online channels, if needed
Detects discrepancies for supply chain and logistics handovers
Coordinates with the Technical and Operations teams for troubleshooting, when necessary
Works closely with the Warehouse - Fulfillment and Vendor Management teams for daily coordination of operations
Monitors the performance of Operations under all selling platforms of brands availing 1SS service
Monitors the Financial Cost related to all 1SS/E-distribution Operations
Files for Claims against external platforms for packages that would deviate from operational standards
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
Experience in Brand management is required
Experience in navigating and operating in e-commerce platforms is an advantage
Advanced skills in Microsoft Tools and
Able to communicate and report well in English and has impressive presentation skills
Able to multitask and construct a system for monitoring reports and operational metrics
A customer-oriented person who is friendly and determined to excel in a fast-growing company
